- The process of return will be made only under the same items. The return request that made must be accepted in 24 hours after you received the product.

[The Return policy for Faulty items]
Only defective exchanges that are submitted at the below email address will be processed in 24 hours from the date of received the product. So we highly recommend checking the product immediately after received.
Even though items are faulty, must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please understand we may have unavoidable delay reasons that occurred by date of produce the new product for your return due to the lack of the amount of stock.
We notice you that the product has an allowance of 1-2 cm depending on way to measure. and it is not a reason to return.

You can place the order only one item at once. If you want to order multiple items, please order separately.

You must have a Rally Point account to place an order.
Q. On which step do I pay for the shipping fee?
Pay for shipping have to be made on the step of Checkout after items and quantity selected.
Q. It is possible to change the quantity after the order has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the quantity after the transaction is submitted.
Q. How do I check my order status?
You can check your order detail after logging into your Rally Point account.
Q. My payment did not go through. What should I do?
Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

Please refer to the list of the countries and shipping methods that are currently unavailable.
United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia.

Q. When can I get my parcel shipped to?
1st pre-order will be shipping from November 11 sequentially.
Q. Are customs duties included in the price?
Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.
Q. Can I change the delivery address on my order?
No, you can't modify the delivery address. Make sure the exact address before finalizing your order details. Also can't change the address between the countries.
Q. My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?
Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.
If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.
Q. How much would it cost for a re-shipment?
The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. Please see below for a breakdown of fees.
